12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Lunch

1:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Executive Forum – Session 1 (afternoon break of snacks and beverages included)

  • What’s your APPetite for the Mobile Future? – Is your mobile strategy a drag or a drop? Join along as we self-assess and seek to clear the air through the cluttered landscape of mobile options.  What’s APPlicable, what’s not and what will be?

  • Trust and Technology – The best technology in the world is one you simply don’t even know is there. It just works. You don’t need to think about it. How do we get to a place where trust is at that level where technology is but an enabler?  How do we minimize the burden of sifting through this flood of new technologies of our customers’ shoulders?

  • Confessions of a Millennial Traveler – How do you travel? What apps are you using? How do you get to the airport? Questions we’ll pose to real-life ‘new age travelers’ who reinforce how they prefer doing things differently. We’ll compare and contrast how millennials, baby-boomers and gen-x’ers book travel and how travel managers keep up with their respective expectations and needs.

  • Resting corporate heads in the best value beds (Hotel Discussion) – We’ll discuss with our supplier panel how different providers are approaching the marketplace as they differentiate and amend their products, services and distribution strategies to align with a marketplace always in flux with new content, specialties and distribution sourcing.

6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Off-site Reception and Dinner

THURSDAY, MAY 17, 2018

  • Innovators Row – New technologies/solutions put to the test – Zip, Whirl, Zap! With technology moving at the speed of sound, we get up close and personal to three technologies that could change the way you assess and manage travel.

  • Data. What Data? – Big Data, Personalization, GDPR, Blockchain – We will take you on a journey to help you navigate the current and future trends in data and analytics and how this impacts your travelers and your travel program.

  • The Last Mile – Where’s My Ground Transportation Going? – From a Road Atlas to Google Maps to ride-share apps, we’ll discuss how companies are traversing the car rental and ground transportation. We will hear from supplier experts who must now include providing Duty of Care, secure group transport and soon-to-be driverless car options and solutions for today’s travelers who in turn, may be booking disparately and/or out of policy.
